Senior Night brought extra energy to the Raiders’ courts as they hosted Seeger, a veteran squad that reached semistate just two years ago. With both teams missing their No. 1 singles players due to injury, the match promised to be a hard-fought battle. The Raiders struck first at No. 2 doubles, where Johnny Couture and Kegan Wargo rolled to a flawless 6-0, 6-0 victory. Clemente Martinez followed with another double bagel at No. 3 singles, stretching the lead to 2-0. The No. 1 doubles team of Emerson Mohr and Zoli Csathy then sealed the team win, dominating 6-4, 6-0 for the Raiders’ third point. Seeger fought back with two wins in singles play. At No. 1 singles, senior Jake Gilmore stepped in for the injured Zan Young, battling hard before falling 3-6, 3-6. At No. 2 singles, Henry Graham also came up short by the same scoreline. In the end, the Raiders’ depth and doubles strength carried the night, securing a 3-2 Senior Night victory in front of their home crowd.
