The traveling Raiders needed to secure a win on the road at Lebanon to win the Sagamore Conference outright. Freshman Elih Gomez started the scoring to give the Raiders an early 1-0 advantage and also set the single season scoring record as a Freshman with 10 goals. Lebanon then equalized at 1-1 not much later. Then senior Simon Ailor recaptured the lead for the Raiders less than 2 minutes later (2-1 Raiders). After the intermission, Diego Cruz hit a laser to the left upper corner to put the Raiders up 3-1. The Raiders secured the conference championship, move to 8-5-2 on the year, and will play Logansport in the opening round of sectional play next Tuesday night at 5pm @ Ellison Field (McCutcheon).
