Yesterday, the Harrison Raiders varsity team traveled up to Munster to participate in their invite. The first match was against Chesterton. The Raiders had a hard time communicating and moving on the court and lost the match 18-25 & 26-28. The team reflected on the match and discussed changes that needed to be made on the court as a team. They next faced Crown Point and won 25-18, 25-6. This momentum continued, and they beat Bishop Noll 25-14, 25-20. Their final match against Northridge also ended in a win with scores of 25-19, 25-25. The Raiders finished the day 3-1. Emerson Mohr, Kegan Wargo, and Antonio Figueras each had 4 service aces. Emerson Mohr led the way with 43 kills. Others hitting well on the day were Kegan Wargo with 17, Antonio Figueras with 12, and Trey Easley with 10. Blocks were led by Kegan Wargo with 7. Right behind him was Trey Easley with 6 and Emerson Mohr with 5. Setter Jackson Holajter had a good day with 57 assists. Emerson Mohr had 26 digs, and libero Adam Rummel had 22.
