The Varsity volleyball team put on a strong showing this weekend at Lawrence North, storming through the tournament to claim first place. The squad didn't just win; they dominated, finishing the entire day without dropping a single set. The story of the day was the team's cohesive play. From the first serve to the final point, the "on-court chemistry" was obvious. Players were loud and clear, ensuring seamless transitions between plays and zero confusion on free balls. The balance was perfect—the offense found the gaps in the block, while the defense refused to let the ball hit the floor. It was a total team effort that left no doubt about who the top squad in the gym was. The Raiders had a great connection at the net between hitters and setters. Luke Baker had 39 assists, and Jackson Holajter had 21. Kills for the day were Cole Hess with 19, Emerson Mohr with 20, Trey Easley wth 12, and Kegan Wargo with 9. Emerson Mohr had 6 service aces, and Antonio Figueras had 29 digs. The team will travel to Pike on Monday, April 13th.
